Profiles sit through peak-summer roof temperatures, monsoon humidity, hot-water polyhouse washdowns and constant handling by field labour. They have to hold film without tearing it, tolerate UV without chalking, and stay dimensionally stable enough that a clip made today still fits the clip made three seasons ago. Are your profiles UV-stable?
Yes. Every profile we extrude for agriculture uses UV-stabilised compound rated for a minimum of five crop cycles of continuous outdoor exposure. We can share the stabiliser package details on request.
What colours are standard for agri applications?
Green, white and black are our standard agri colours. Green hides dust and blends with foliage; white reflects heat and reads clean on new installs; black is used for pin anchors and buried components. Custom colour matching available with MOQ.
Do you cut custom dies for greenhouse manufacturers?
Yes. If you build greenhouses or supply polyhouse kits and need a section our stock catalogue doesn’t cover, send us the profile drawing. Typical lead time from approved drawing to first sample: 2–4 weeks.
Can profiles be supplied in longer lengths for wide-span frames?
Standard 2 m, 2.5 m and 3 m. Longer lengths (up to 6 m) available with dedicated production runs — talk to us about MOQ.
