DXF, DWG, PDF or a photograph of a sketch. We review feasibility, wall thickness, undercuts, tolerances. Reply within 24 hours.
Die design
Our tooling team designs the die head and calibration for your profile. Approval drawing shared before cutting.
Sampling
First-off samples produced on the exact line that will run production. Physical samples couriered to you.
Production
On approval, we lock the die and run production. Cut to length, packed and dispatched from Bengaluru.
FAQ
What tolerances can you hold?
Standard PVC extrusion tolerances of ±0.2 mm on section, ±1% on length for cut pieces. Tighter possible on request.
What is the minimum order?
Custom profiles typically start at 500 kg per colour per run. We accept smaller trial runs for OEMs with clear scale-up intent.
How long does a new die take?
Simple profiles: 2–3 weeks from approved drawing to first samples. Complex hollow or multi-cavity profiles: 4–6 weeks.
Do you handle secondary operations?
Yes — cut to length, deburring, drilling, heat sealing, labelling, notching, printing, punching, rolling, slitting, stamping, adhesive backing.
