Blinds move every day for years. That puts a very specific set of demands on a PVC extrusion: dimensional stability so the slat still slides after five thousand cycles, surface finish so it still looks new after a housekeeper’s wipe-down, and colour retention so a west-facing bank of blinds fades at the same rate as the east-facing bank. We’ve been supplying blind manufacturers for years — the same technical knowledge that runs our sister brand Saffron Blinds informs how we tune material and extrusion for this market. Off-the-shelf, we extrude bottom rails, valance channels, slat retainers, chain safety guards and cord tidy channels in the sizes standard blind hardware needs. On the die shop side we cut new sections for blind manufacturers who want to differentiate on hardware — proprietary bottom-bar profiles, branded valance covers, custom-colour venetian slat retainers, unique roller-tube end caps. If you build blinds, we can supply the extrusion behind them.

Yes. Several regional blind manufacturers source their extruded hardware from us. Because it’s their branding on the product, we don’t list customer names publicly — happy to share on request under NDA.
Can you match a specific brand’s slat colour on our retainer profile?
Yes. Send a physical slat sample; we colour-match to it. Minimum order applies for custom colours.
What’s the connection to Saffron Blinds?
Saffron Blinds is our sister brand — a Bengaluru custom-blinds retailer. Building blinds every day gave us direct visibility into which hardware sections actually hold up. That informs the sections we stock and the die schedules we recommend.
Can you extrude branded proprietary sections for our range?
Yes. If you want a bottom-bar or valance profile no other manufacturer can supply against your brand, that’s exactly the kind of die work we prefer. NDA available.
Do you supply UV-resistant profiles for tropical windows?
Yes. Blinds on west- and south-facing tropical windows get significant UV. We compound in a UV stabiliser package for that spec on request.
