Overview
Construction PVC has to install fast and survive site conditions. We extrude in impact grades, in colours that don’t chalk in the Bengaluru sun, and in sections that a contractor can nail up in one pass and forget about. Our stock catalogue covers the common trims — tile edges, chamfer strips, wall panelling, corner guards, floor joints. Our die shop covers everything else. Interior contractors, architects, retail-fitout companies and EPC builders use us for the same reasons: shorter lead times than importing, lower minimums than the multinational extruders, and the ability to walk in with a hand sketch and walk out with a die schedule. We supply pan-India, but our fastest turnaround is on Bengaluru sites.
Common use cases
Tile edge trims
External corner trims for ceramic and vitrified tile. Matte and bright finishes. Standard widths for 8, 10 and 12 mm tile thicknesses.
PVC wall panelling
Interior tongue-and-groove panels for wet areas, service corridors and canteen cladding. 6–10 mm thickness, standard 2.5 m and 3 m lengths.
Chamfer strips (formwork)
Triangular formwork chamfer for pre-relieved concrete corners. Standard 20 mm and 25 mm sections. Removes the site-finishing step of grinding sharp column edges.
Corner guards
Impact-grade wall corner protection for hospitals, hotels, schools, warehouses. Adhesive-back or screw-fix mounting.
Expansion joint covers
Transition profiles between flooring materials and across expansion joints. Concrete-to-tile, tile-to-vinyl, vinyl-to-carpet.
Skirting & threshold ramps
Site-cut skirting profiles and threshold ramps that ease trolley movement between floor levels. Standard grey, white, brown, plus custom colour matching.

FAQ
Do you supply site quantities?
Yes. Standard 2 m, 2.5 m and 3 m lengths, palletised for site delivery. We deliver directly across Karnataka; pan-India via road logistics with tracked lorry loads.
Can profiles be printed, embossed or colour-matched to a Dulux code?
Yes on all three. Printing and embossing are standard secondary operations. Custom colour matching against a Dulux, Asian Paints or physical sample requires MOQ — talk to us about run size.
Are your building profiles fire-retardant?
Standard PVC is inherently self-extinguishing. If your project needs a certified FR grade for MEP tender compliance, we compound to spec on request.
Can architects specify Proext by section drawing?
Yes. Send us a DXF or PDF of the section you want specified. We’ll return a die quote, sample lead time, and a spec sheet you can drop into the tender bill of materials.
